One-Time Purchase

Namedrop is a one-time $9 purchase with no subscription. You pay once, you get your 10 name suggestions. That's it.

Why Refunds Are Generally Not Available

Because the product is consumed at the moment of generation — 10 names are produced and delivered immediately — we are generally unable to offer refunds. Dissatisfaction with the generated names themselves is not grounds for a refund: name generation is non-deterministic, and you have the opportunity to review your brief before submitting.

Exception: Technical Failures

If a technical failure on our end prevented your results from being delivered — for example, you were charged but received no names and no results email — we will make it right.

Email hello@namedrop.cc within 7 days of your purchase and include the email address you used at checkout. We will either issue a full refund or regenerate your results, whichever you prefer.
