1. What Namedrop Does

Namedrop is an AI-powered business name generator. Submit a brief description of your business and for a one-time payment of $9 you receive 10 curated name suggestions, each accompanied by .com domain availability, social handle availability checks, and USPTO and EUIPO trademark database results.

There is no subscription. You pay once and receive your results immediately.

2. Acceptable Use

By using Namedrop you agree to the following:

• You will not attempt to resell, redistribute, or white-label the generated results as a service of your own.
• You will not deliberately overload, scrape, or otherwise abuse the system.
• You will not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• You are at least 18 years old.

3. AI-Generated Content

The names Namedrop returns are generated by an AI model based on your brief. They are suggestions, not curated recommendations by a human expert. You are solely responsible for evaluating the names and making your own decision. Namedrop makes no representation that any generated name is suitable for your specific business, audience, or jurisdiction.

4. Trademark Disclaimer

USPTO and EUIPO results are sourced from public databases and provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice. A clean result does not guarantee that a name is free from conflicts — trademark law is complex and coverage extends beyond exact-match database records.

Consult a qualified trademark attorney before using any name commercially.

5. Domain Availability Disclaimer

Domain availability is checked at the moment of generation and can change within minutes. Namedrop is not responsible for domains that become registered by third parties between the time your results are generated and the time you attempt to purchase a domain.

6. Limitation of Liability

Namedrop is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Namedrop's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is capped at the amount you paid for the generation ($9).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Namedrop after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
